If you are going to be a regular volunteer, this is the process that needs to be completed

Fingerprint-based background check process:

1. Please complete the form and return to Ms. Rosen. BackgroundCheck-PartOne
2. Wait two days. (Ms. Rosen will give you a 'FAST' form.) Why? Because after you return the original form it will take about 2 days for it to register in the system.
3. Call FAST (Fingerprint Applicant Services of Texas) and setup your appointment.

Important Notes:

• Don't forget to take your completed FAST form with you to your appointment.
• There is a FAST location in downtown McKinney and if they are on schedule, should take no more than 10 minutes of your time.
• There is a fee that you will be paying FAST when you arrive.
